Holotropné dýchanie a umelecká integrácia-tvorba mozaikovej kachličky/Polianka

Obohatenie práce v holotropnom settingu o  umelecký prístup nám ponúka nové možnosti ako priniesť vhľady z praxe do  života – do hmoty. Otvárame tak rozsah možností v tvorení a zručnosť  tvorenia kultivujeme pri umeleckej činnosti. Vytvorená kachlička bude  nielen spôsobom integrácie procesu z dýchania, ale môže slúžiť ako  praktická spomienka na prepojenie sa so sebou. Môžeš ju použiť ako  podnos na čaj alebo kávu pri rannom rituáli, darček, nalepiť si ju na  stenu alebo zakomponovať medzi ďalšie kachličky.

~~~ Holotropné  dýchanie ako ho poznáme dnes vzniklo na základe skúmaní a pozorovania  liečivého a transformačného potenciálu neobvyklých stavov vedomia v  rôznych kontextoch - v rituáloch domorodých kultúr, v praxi východných  mystikov, či pri terapeutických sedeniach so substanciami. Táto prax  prišla na svet v období, keď psychiater Stanislav Grof so ženou  Christinou hľadali spôsob ako sprostredkovať tento potenciál v aktuálnom  spoločenskom nastavení. Holotropná prax je spojením dychu, evokatívnej  hudby a cielenej práce s telom v podpornom a bezpečnom settingu. Bádaním  na poli psyché pri holotropnom dýchaní expandujeme vedomie, spájame sa s  vnútornou múdrosťou a rozširujeme tak mapu vnútorných svetov o ďalšie  úrovne poznania. Ponúkajú sa nám nové pohľady na vnímanie reality a  vhľady do situácii z bežného života. Je to hlboko ozdravný proces pre  jednotlivca, rodinný i spoločenský systém.

~~~ PROGRAM: Štvrtok: Začneme o 17:00 otvorením kruhu a úvodom do holotropnej praxe a transpersonálnej psychológie, meditácia Piatok:  V tento deň obsiahneme dve holotropné sedenia, jedenkrát v pozícii  dýchajúceho a raz ako sitter, prísediaci. Po dýchaní je možnosť  maľovania mandaly, tvorby Soul collage a večer krátke zdieľanie,  prípadne Movie yoga. Sobota: Nadviažeme na proces  integrácie pri tvorení mozaikovej kachličky. Proces tvorby je  terapeutický a meditačný. Naučíme sa štiepiť keramickú kachličku, typy  lepenia, špárovania. Mozaiku je možné vytvoriť rôznymi spôsobmi, naučíme  sa ako a odnesieme si nielen zručnosť, ale aj hotovú kachličku. Nedeľa: Záverečný kruh, zdieľanie a odporúčania k sebastarostlivosti a možnosti umeleckej integrácie na doma.

Cena za workshop: 210 eur Možnosť platby na časti alebo inou formou výmeny po dohode vopred Ubytovanie a strava: 120 eur (spanie v podkroví centra 3 noci, plus plná penzia 3 dni-domáca vege kuchyňa)

Andrea Košiarová Zvedavosť  a skúmanie práce s dychom ma smerovali k prepájaniu psychologického a  somatického prístupu. Formujú ma tanečné skúsenosti, jogová prax i  odborné štúdium psychológie. Vplyv na ďalšie smerovanie mali zásedy  Vipassana meditácie, yoga nidra prax, štúdium tibetského budhizmu a  kašmírska tantra počas života v Ázii za uplynulé roky. Prepojenie  radosti z pohybu a záujmu o meditáciu prišlo cez Tanec 5 rytmov a  následne pri holotropnom dýchaní. Popri štúdiu transpersonálnej  psychológie v medzinárodnom tréningu Grof Transpersonal Training® (s  ukončením 2023) sa zaujímam o prácu s dotykom cez bodywork a  kranio-sakrálne techniky.

ENGLISH ******************************* We  invite you to reconnect with your creative power through the holotropic  breathwork and the artistic integration with the creation of the mozaic  tile. The event is for everyone with the curiosity and the will to  create, there is no experience needed. Enriching the holotropic approach  with the art-work can offer the new ways how to integrate the insights  to material reality. This is the invitation to open the creative  possibilities and skills trough the breath and the art-work. The mozaic  tile is not only the way to integrate the process from the breathwork,  but is a practical memory to reconnect with the self. It can be used as  the tray to serve the coffe or tea, gift or you can stick it on the  wall, also inebetween the other tiles.

~~~ The  Holotropic Breathwork™ as we know it today was being formed by the  observations and the research of the healing and transformative  potential of altered states of consciousness in the various contexts –  in the rituals of the aboriginal cultures, in the practice of the  eastern mystics, or in the therapeutic setting with the substances. The  HB practice became alive in the times when Stanislav and Christina Grof  were searching for the means how to mediate this potential in the  current cultural setting. Holotropic Breathwork is the connection of the  use of breath, evocative music and the bodywork in the supportive and  safe setting. Through the observation of the inner processes in the  holotropic breathwork we can expand the consciousness, connect with the  inner wisdom, the power within, and expand the map of the inner worlds  with the new qualities of cognition. We are offered to see new  perspective to the reality and insights into the situations of the daily  life. It is the healing process for the individual as well as for the  community and the whole social system from within.

Holotropic Breathwork™ can be the approach suitable for the person who: *looks for the way to heal through her/his own experience *experiences psycho-spiritual challenges and looks for the better understanding and insights into it *wants to release unfinished or unresolved traumas from the past *wants to understand emocional roots of his/her physical or mental problems *wants to expand the consciousness and keep getting to know the spiritual path *is curious who he/she really is

~~~ PROGRAM: Thurstday:  We start at 5pm with the sharing circle and at the evening we continue  with the introduction into Transpersonal Psychology and Holotropic  Breathwork. Friday/Saturday: During these two days  we take part in two HB sessions (once as breather, once as a sitter) and  gradually we estabilish the process through the integrative excercisec  with the art/work. Sunday: Sharing and learning circle, continuation of the integration and selfcare time.

Price for the workshop: 210 eur Accommodation and food: 120 eur (sleeping in the shared attick of the centre, homemade vegetarian food)

Location: Centre SEN ZEME, Polianka 90701, Slovakia Beautiful  cottage house surrounded by meadowes and fields support the atmosphere  of the work. We share the space of the attic for sleeping, there is  possibility to sleep also in the space of the centre. The location of  Sen Zeme is about 70 mins from Bratislava. Facilitators of Holotropic Breathwork:

Andrea Košiarová A  former hip-hop dancer and yoga practioner with the University degree in  the Psychology. The study of the breath from both -the eastern and  western perspective- brought Andrea to the curiosity into the holotropic  paradigm. Besides the transpersonal psychology studies and the practice  of HB she is interested in the different somatic approaches such as  BMC, Continuum Movemnet and cranio-sacral techniques.
